Hello all,
I am new here and am looking for information to find and buy a clip for my Western Field 326 20 ga. I haven't had any luck searching the web. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I would bet on Savage/Stevens/Springfield, but I doubt you will have any luck in any case. I think everyone who ever owned one of those guns lost the magazine. The original makers are either out of business or long ago ran out of spare magazines and aren't going to make any more.

At one gun shop I worked at we quit even trying to order magazines for those shotguns; we just told the customer they were not available. Otherwise, we would spend hours in searching and lots of money in stamps for something that, if we could locate it, would give us a whole $2 in profit on the sale.

You might get hold of the Gun Parts catalog, try to find the gun that looks like yours, and see if magazines are available.

I finally found the answer - it is a Kessler 128

Kessler was only in business from 1951-1953.

Here's the Kessler,

Here's the Western Field,

Ward's produced the 128 KFR in 12 gauge, 228 KFR in 16 gauge and the 328 KFR in 20 gauge.

I know this is an old post, but I've seen where people have been looking for this for years and I finally found what magazine I need!!!
