In Westchester County, Scott Sommavilla, President of the Westchester County Firearms Owners Association was on News 12 TV and gave a demo showing gunlocked guns firing.

County Executive Andrew Spano freaked and staged his own demo where a police officer put a trigger lock on a cocked Glock. However, on the video you can hear the "click" of the hammer hitting the firing pin. The County Executive is still debating the results.

You can see the video at http://www.news12.com/westchester/westch.shtml .

THIS WEDNESDAY, APRIL 26TH, IS THE PUBLIC HEARING!
We need to make a large protest if there's any chance of us beating these bad bills.

Unbelievable. Who was that? Depuhtee Dawg?
It could've been something else clicking?
I KNOW when the hammer/striker, whatever clicks on any of my guns for any reason. I'm glad he's out in public toting a firearm, NOT!

I have dry fired several guns with trigger locks on them, it's easy, know matter how tightly you mash the thing together. Alot of guns can't accept the post behind the trigger, so they're useless anyways.

The county executive knew something was up, you could see it in his eyes and his stammering.
