I sent an email to timothy.j.sloan@wellsfargo.com, but it was returned/undeliverable.
I assume that they/he may have cut things off and/or have a filter.

Is there a true Customer Service contact/email -- other than a phone Number?

Yeesh. In any case, Wells Fargo stated a couple of days back that they're not folding to this ridiculous campaign. According to the CEO:

So, if we're to send any correspondence, I'd suggest it take the form of thanks and encouragement.
 
Wells Fargo is sleeeeze. Check their treatment of customers accounts over the past few years. I don't care which group gangs up on them. --- they are deserving.

IT'S mystery to me why there are any WF customers left - after a number of
big scandals .I would have left after the first !
