Mods, forgive me if wrong subforum.
Went to dinner tonight, and as I was going to the range tomorrow, for some reason I went ahead and put my bag in the truck. THANK GOODNESS THE WEAPON WAS AT HOME
When I came to the parking lot after dinner and got in, I noticed the passenger seat was laying forward and I felt a breeze. The passenger door was ajar and the lock appeared as if a flat blade had smashed in the lock.
Could have, of course, been much worse. But gone are my ear protection, shooting glasses and $60 of .45.
Also, the jerks stole my diabetes kit. The insulin bottle was virtually empty, but had a new box of test strips. Thankfully, beyond diabetes, I have no "diseases", but I hope they use the syrenge and get an infection.
Now, if heaven forbid, I was a future resident of NY, with ammo being registered and all, I betcha somehow I would be the one getting in trouble for being the victim of a robbery.
Sorry, just had to vent a little.
