Well,now I need to carry daily-suggestions?

Now our shop is open to the public,rather than just the mail order and web business trade.

I carried on a daily basis years ago in a large city,but now, I have to carry all day,every day.

The best thing I have been able to come up with is the Glock 17--fast into action,reliable as hell,light enough to carry all day,with good belt and leather,and parts are not a problem.

This is not an idpa,ipsic deal,session at the range,or all of that---the sign goes up,ads are run,and thats the way it is.

I have been in this business a long time,and and have thought this out pretty well.

I am still of the opinion that the 9mm is the most reliable feeding round,and also am of the opinion that reliability is THE most important issue.

What chu guys think?

My personal preference in Glocks would be a M23 or M22 in .40S&W, but the 9mm will do the job if you do yours.

If it works for you and your tactics are up to the task, then you are all set. What we carry and use is way down on the list of what's important and the critical things seem to be overlooked (Like our awareness,tactics, skill level,how we carry,ect.) Pretty bold statment for a 1911 carrier don't you think?
