weight difference between 442 and 60

I'm trying to get an exact difference in weight between my old model 60 and my new, but not here yet, 442. The catalog no longer lists the 60 but it has the 36 at 20 ounces. It lists the 442 at 15 ounces and I've seen it listed at 14.5 in other places. I'm thinking the uncle mike's boot grips could add 1/2 an ounce but I'd really like to know the difference with the same grips on each (preferably stock wood to get the best reading)

My 1997 Smith catalog shows 442, 2", Uncle Mikes Boot grips at 15.8 oz. And 60, 2 1/8" , Uncle Mikes Combat grips at 23 oz.

Same catalog shows bbl length of 60 at 2" and 2 1/8", depending on whether you lookin at barrel length or weight for barrel length.

My 2000 Smith catalog shows 442 with 1 7/8 bbl and 15oz. 60 with 2 1/8 bbl and 22.5 oz.

In this case second sourcin not as good as scales.

Sam, don't know bout you but I got myself confused, and I have the books.:)

DSIM,
The Hogue Bantam grips are lighter than the Uncle Mikes, as they have no metal in them and they feel better to me.
My 342 with Bantam grips loaded with 5 Cor-bon 110gr hp's tip the scales at a whopping 13 ounces. The 442/642 will weigh about 4 ounces more loaded. Either make a great carry piece.

1974 Model 60, 2" = 19oz. With checked walnut stocks. Per Shooters Bible.

Sam, I threw sumpin away once, then couldn't find it.
