I just acquired a nice rifle that came with a Weaver K4 "Micro-Trac" scope that looks nearly new. It has what looks like a locking ring but I can't seem to budge it yet you can turn the ocular to focus the reticle. If anyone has one of these, is that a locking ring and I'm just not strong enough to turn it or what?
