It's probably my fault because I didn't really check it very well when I bought it used. It has a lot of copper in it. We have used Wipeout foam and have used it at least 5 times andet it sit overnight until the foam wasn't blue. But I'm not sure it's getting it all because I can still see it on the lands at the end of the barrel. What product do you guys reccomend? Is the wipeout patchout with accelerator better? I need to get this stuff out because it's affecting the accuracy quite a bit. This gun just seems to copper foul worse than anything I've seen.

Sweets and CR10 both work pretty well for removing copper. Follow the directions closely and don't let it stay in the bore for more than 10-15 minutes.
Both of them contain ammonia so be in a well ventilated room.

I use bore tech eliminator. Easier on the barrel and the nose. Plus it wont damage the barrel if you let it soak. But I don't know how well it works in heavily coppered barrels.

The best copper eliminator I've ever found is KG-12. It will eat the copper off a coin but it won't damage your barrel.

After you get the copper out, perhaps you should think of using flitz or other polishing compound and see if you can smooth out the bore tooling marks.

I'll have to try something other than Wipeout. It sat for about 3 hrs and very little blue. And the lands look like a brassy stripe. Anybody tried Montana extreme copper killer?
