Wear spots on Glock 19 Clone?

I went to get some night sights put on and when I went to disassemble it the barrel didn’t want to lift up out of the slide. It doesn’t effect the function of the gun when assembled, just when I try to remove or install the barrel in the slide. I don’t have many rounds through this pistol and I’m almost positive these marks were not present when I first got the gun. Any idea what could be causing this and how to remedy it? Should I just file it down a little until it stops grabbing the barrels breech block?

That's a known issue with factory Glocks called 'slide peening'. They eventually modified the locking block design to minimize it.

Kind of interesting that it's showing up on a clone.

It doesn't really hurt anything. You can touch up the peening (where the metal is pushed to the inside of the slide and forms burs) with a fine diamond file if you wish.
