I believe that we(Libertarians, Conservatives, etc)have let our gaurd down after the election ended.

Right now is a bad time to do this. The House and Senate are deciding how to share the power, and what direction to take.
We need to tell them what the proper cource of action is. It isn't giving in to DNC edicts.

Not me, brother! Been in the RKBA fight since 1967, and one thing I know all too well is that the Left never, ever gives up.

It's almost like they have a morbid fear of personal responsibility...Or personal anything.

Personal property, personal defense, personal privacy, personal opinion...
 
Think "hive mind." That's neo-liberalism/statism/collectivism/whatever you want to call it, taken to it's logical conclusion.

Bumping this to keep it up on the board-- 196 'looks' is pretty good.
Aides for my "Critters" in DC & Atlanta tell me that for every phone call they get about a subject, they assume 200-300 more people have a similar opinion but don't call.
I wonder if there's the same "multiplier effect" regarding board opinions & responses?

Have you all noticed how silent "the polls" are now that "W"'s won? One could hope the press has given up on trying to shape & drive public discourse via polling, but I suspect it will be back- along with the Homeless, The Heartbreak of AIDS, the Threat to Our Kidz! and other cause celebre's that were eerily silent during the 'Toonz reign...
 
Very true. They do factor in the "Multiplier Effect" concerning calls, E-mails, and letters.

Let's generate some more.

And stand by for the media, in cooperation with the DNC, to whip up some new crisis or epidemic that only FedGov can solve. .50cal rifles and the remaining autoloading centerfires will be the target of one of these crisese.

Let your reps hear from you before they hear from them.
