3 358Apollo Inactive May 14, 2015 #1 Hello All, I have some milsurp powder and can not use it. I have 8lbs each of WC 872/860. I have no firearms that I would use it in. It smells fresh and is kept in a cool, dry place. How can I get rid of this stuff. Thanks MP
