Waterfowling and deer hunting

Hey, here's a strange question.

This weekend ends late muzzleloader season in Maryland. Was going to try to get out each of the next few days to score one more deer.

Gonna hunt a new plot I discovered two weeks ago, which is also chock full of waterfowl. Actually, I'm primarily hunting it for ducks and geese. But, is there any prohibition on my also bribing a .50 cal smokepole?

I know I can't have lead shot with me, bu what about lead bp bullets?
 
I'd think you would be just fine. Any reasonable Warden would clearly be able to deduct you weren't using the ML to kill ducks. Have you ever watched some of the Duck Commander videos? They've killed several deer out of the duck blind.
