...this Saturday (11am Pacific/Easter time) and Sunday (6pm Pacific/Eastern time) and see whether yours truly has a career in TV or will end up as another shred on the cutting room floor!

The International Revolver Championship is featured. While I made it a point to stay away from the cameras while shooting, I kept score at the plates on stage 8 for Jerry Miculek, Vic Pickett, Rudi Waldinger, the Dietrichs, Hogues and other illuminaries.

Hopefully they will show the lush prize table that y'all missed out on. If not check out www.ICORE.com for photos.

When I've finished with employer mandated travel and vacation I'll report what I saw.

Just a pure guess, but did the winner have the initials JM by any chance?

guy, are you the one in the upper middle photo on the link you provided?

Not sure which photo you are looking at Mal H. I'm in the top right photo on http://www.icore.org/IRCPicsStages.html in windbreaker (didn't have time to take it off when the fog went away and the sun came out) and brown hat.

Jerry won, but if you check the stats Vic Pickett gave him a good run and got his attention. In fact one of the first things Jerry asked when he came to our stage is whether Vic had received minus time on it. Jerry did end up with a minus .44.

In ICORE the scoring starts with raw time and adds seconds for anything outside the 10 ring. Sometimes, as with the stage I worked on, there are bonus plates that take time off the shooter's total. Jerry did our 6 plates in about 3.5 seconds including the two black bonus plates in the background for 4 bonus seconds. 3.6 - 4 = approx -.4 sec.

Go to the bottom of http://www.icore.org/IRCPicsMisc.html to see Vic Pickett's secret to success and the bottom of http://www.icore.org/IRCPicsAwards.html for the prize table.
