Warped Stock

Hi all newbie here to TFL. I have a Remington Model 7 BA rifle that has a composite stock thats warped. The barrell is fully floated except the very end of the fore stock which touches the barrell. It can be manipulated away but returns to the same postion. I don't believe its affecting the accuracy however if there is a simple or easy way to "bend" it a little I'd like to try it.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I would just carve out a small amount of composite stock in the area it is rubbing in, until it doesn't touch...

Yhis is what I did when I stuck my Savage 110-e in a choate composite stock.

It worked like a champ for me... just remember, slow and easy... don't remove too much - test fittings are needed REGULARLY during the process... until you get it so that it doesn't touch!

A dremel tool with a sanding drum, and LOTSA care work very well.
