Warning signs?

I was wondering how many of you that have dogs have also posted "Beware of Dog" signs. I just bought two signs at the hardware and am trying to figure out how to put them up without looking tacky or making my place look like hilbillys live here.

It seems to me that the signs should improve the deterrant value of my black lab/border collie mutt that has never met a person he didn't like. At this time he is only six months old I hope that as he ages he will develope some discernment.

A second question is does anyone know where I could get a sign that says something along the lines of "DANGER LARGE CAT" I think that this would make potential intruders think I have a pet lion, panther, leopard or bobcat etc... which should have a fair amount of deterrant value. In reality my large cat is an overgrown housecat that thinks she is an attack cat. Several months ago while we were on vacation she attacked a friend who came to feed her. Fortunatly for our friend Sibby is declawed. (No we didn't do it, she was that way when my wife adopted her.)

bout the signs...long as yer grass is mowed and you don't have parts of cars layin around the yard... :)

Cat sign...do what i did. I found a couple of DOT signs behind the college where I'd take models to photo on the nature trail between classes. ;) Anyway...took it home, painted it white then got some stick-on letters..mine says
"Warning! Cute tresspassers will be violated, all others SHOT!"

The models get a laugh out of it when they stand near it dressed in cammies and a shotgun/rifle. :) :)

Just put "Large Feline" or something on it.
