Wanting to swap titanium for steel

The titanium firing pin spring that came with my wolff recoil spring, I tried it today with the ed brown firing pin, it worked fine without modifiaction. Should I run this one over stock with the wolff firing pin spring that came with my recoil spring.

Nevermind I figured it out, I was not thinking about the spring in between the breech face and firing pin that even when completely compressed wont allow the firing pin to protrude far enough-not even close- to the larger diameter of the pin to get stuck. WIN.

I think he meant Ti (Titanium). As I understand it, some 1911s have Titanium firing pins instead of Steel.
