I'm looking as the title stated for a r700 (black) or a ruger .22 for cheap. I'm new to the sport and have been talking with some of the guys here in The Smithy about the r700. I cant post in the buying/selling forum yet so i'll make my mark here. Just lemme know here if you got anything that a beginner could use. I don't have too much money but i am determined to learn. Just post here if you have any news for me. Thanks guys
