I am in Houston, my new HK94 just delivered to my FFL (Pace's Gun) this afternoon by Fedex. I went to their store this evening, and when I walking in the store, I saw three guys(one is the owner)sit behind the counter and playing a HK94. Well, that's right, it is my HK94.
"Sir, did you get a package from Fedex this afternoon, there is a HK 94 in the package". I asked the owner.The owner looked at me at start bull **** at me." I think this(HK94) is a illegal gun, so we are checking it now, I might need to call BATF to find out this gun is legal or not". I couldn't believe what I heard, this guy is a Class 3 dealer and my HK94 has orignal HK94 semi lower (not any type MP5 lower)
Anyway, I told him that gun is a semi auto and 16'barrel gun, I don't see it illegal. Then, I got ton's bull ****, "we are class 3 dealer... BATF... Jail...law...........close business...."
Afetr those bull ****, he wanted to see my driver license(he already has a copy of my driver license when the first time I went to his store to asked him do the transfer for me). $hit, I forgot my wallet with the driver license at home, but I show him my passport. Then the bull **** started again:' You don't have driver license! How could you drive a car without driver license! I am a retired Houston police office, I can arrest you and put you in the jail............WTF, do I look too stupid oy just look too nice to him.
Anyway, I told the guy, I will come back with my driver license. two hours later, I went back the store with my driver license. man, I can not believe what he told me:" We just shot you gun at back room to check is this gun illegal or not and only 30 round.
Man, he really pissed me off, I don't know what made him thinking my gun is illegal. But anyway,Houston area really has some bad dealers, I was rip off by AMMO DUMP last year(gun transfer), and now This guy did better job than Ammo Dump.
This guy got some 'very good' stuff in his store, such as Ak47 ammo(Wolf) $179 for 1000rd.
