Hey everyone,

I saw the new Walther P22 today at my gun store. I loved the feel and the modularity of it. I was wondering how good a gun it is. Is is accurate? Are Walthers still good firearms? Is it reliable? Thanks.

So far mine has been very reliable. I've put around 300 rounds through it with no problems.

I haven't tested the accuracy out on paper yet. But for just point shooting at cans and other junk it hits the mark.

Can't speak for the P22, but the more I shoot my P99, the more I like it. Accurate as hell, reliable (over 1100 rounds without a hiccup), consistent and predictable, lots of nice features, feels great in the hand, and has some great looks. Just ordered Trijicon sights for mine!

Ya, my bro is about to buy the 5" P22. I assume it will be up to usual Walther high standards. If anyone else has experience with this gun Id be interested to hear a report; or any links to pics/articles...
