Anybody looking for a Walther PPQ or PPS can get a $100 rebate per the above link. Cabelas is offering a $50.00 discount on both the PPQ and PPS, before the rebate, so the PPQ-M2 ends up at $499.00, and the base PPS-M2 like mine is at $329.00, which I think is a great deal for a great pistol!

Wait a second, so Cabela's "sale" price is just the normal price that most places sell it for? $599.99 is at or above the average LGS price, and $649.99 is just a rip-off.

I never said Cabela's was a bargain, that's just where I first learned of the Walther deal. Bass Pro Shops are worse!

SWEET. I probably should pick up a PPS M2 as a backup for my PPS while this deal is on. I like the original PPS better but Walther has not made any for going on a year now and word is they may not make any more. Too bad they use different magazines though. I would like a P99 AS in 9MM too but they are also scarce and the rebate does not apply to it.

Current pricing on the PPS M2 at a lot of the online retailers.

Yeah, I saw that, and I'm also disappointed. :( Paging Walther Arms. Paging Walther Arms. ;)

Also, did anyone else notice that Walther continues to muddy the waters regarding the name of the paddle-release PPQ? The rebate terms call the pistol the PPQ M1 while the rest of the website calls it the PPQ Classic!

PPS M2

Got an email from Walther telling about the $100 rebate. Own a PPQ M2 .45
and was looking for a 9mm for my wife, so I bought a PPS M2 and she loves it,
fits her hand perfectly. Timing was great.

Ended up getting the PPS M2 from Cabela's for $450, before the Walther rebate. I had a $50 gift card lying around anyway, so hey, I got the PPS for $300 when it's all said and done. I'll take it!

Love the gun!

Now to see how long the phosphorescent sights stay glowing once it's stuck into a holster...

I got my PPS M2 back in Sept. If only I were more patient!

Yeah but look at all the fun you would have missed out on :D
