Dude,
P99's are ammo sensitive. Mine would not work with Gold Dots at all!!! Wolf caused jams too. The solution is to not use PMP in your gun. ;) Find what it likes, and stick with it. :) Hint: Try going back to using the CCI ;)

The P99 is built around 124gr NATO ammo. Try that weight in a warm round. You can get a different recoil rod/spring combo from Walther if you wish to shoot the liter 115gr stuff. But it likes its rounds the hotter the better!

Tom B hit the nail on the head. My P99 wouldn't cycle anything but Blazer or other hot loaded ammo. I sent the pistol back and they replaced the recoil spring with a lighter one and now I can shoot 115 gr fmj without a problem. By the way, my pistol does ok with the 115 gr Gold Dots.

Polish the crap out of your feed ramp with a Dremel and that in all likelihood will fix the feeding problems.

My p99 is ammo sensitive too. Doesn't like S&B, but loves Winchester. I bought some hi-caps from a guy who traded his P99 in on a Steyr, and he said he had the same problems and put a lighter recoil spring into the package for no charge. I haven't tried the spring, but rather just keep feeding it Winchesters. I can run the S&B's in my other 9mm's.
