Walther model PP Question

I own a Walther model PP in 22 caliber. matching serial numbers on the frame and slide 302xxxp with the early eagle over N stamped by the ejector port and on the barrel/chamber area. It is a very nice piece that functions flawlessly with I'd say 75% finish.
Any idea as to it's manufacture date and history? value?

I'm new to this forum and would like to thank you for any help you can impart.

Marschall's book shows 1942/43. Eagle over N is the standard proof since 1941. The PP's in 22 are very desirable guns, I can only guess at the value, on prewar PPs and PPK's the Blue Book is way off center. I would guess 500 to 650. Every thing Walther and prewar are escalating on a daily basis

Of the only two I ever saw for sale, the latest one sold this past Fall rather quickly @ $900.

The first one I saw F/S was many (many) years ago, and that price wouldn't mattter today, even IF I could remember it.
