Walmart's Clay Target Thrower

I just bought myself a Hoppes clay king thrower from walmart. $32.00

Hope to try it out tommorow, the wife's arm wasnt strong enough to throw alot :)

Anybody used one? It seems pretty strong but time will tell I guess.

I bought one a few months ago and it works great. The action is smooth and throws clays a good distance. Sturdy and well built...looks like it'll last a long time.

I ended up mounting mine to a spare tire for more stability. The ground at my favorite shooting spot seems to be too loose to hold the thrower securely after 1 or 2 throws.
 
I have one also. Throws great singles but forget the doubles, it can't handle them. You will have to hunt around for the sweet spot, mine is in towards the center of the throwing arm, really hurls them out there..

Also mounted mine to a spare, I dont think there is any dirt out there strong enough to hold it.

Ended upp having a great day with the new purchase. It seems perfect for a beginner like myself to learn with.

It does seem strong enough, there is not as much force on parts during the throw as I expected.

hopefully get a few years out of it.
