So... I want to know all about the gun laws involving concealed carry. Particularly specific laws of weather or not the pistol can be loaded, what heppens if your coat slips up a little and somone spots your firearm? Is that considered "brandishing" a firearm? I want to know if cops are out to get those who are packing, like are they really strict on carrying or are they in most situations understanding and leanent. Also what are the terms for lawful use of leathal force and lawfully able to pull your firearm on someone?

Thanks.

Alot of what your asking is open to personal speculation and opinion. And an internet forum is not the place to look for specific legalities concerning the matter. My suggestion would be to take a CCW course from a qualified instructor in your state, and they will explain all of the intricacies of your questions. Its time and money well spent and in the long run you will be very glad you did.

Washington is pretty gun friendly.

We have shall issue concealed carry, and open carry. I've never been hassled by anyone, and all my local pd knows I carry and they don't treat me any different.

As far as use of force and when to pull your gun, take a class.

Look for the book 'Washington State Gun Rights and Responsibilities' by Dave Workman.

It's about $10, worth every penny and will answer your questions. Mary's Pistols in Tacoma usually has it, maybe try other gun stores or Amazon.
