Moving to WV in near future. Any info on state laws appreciated (purchase, permits, CCW, hunting, open carry, LEO attitudes, etc.). Specific interest in defensive handgun issues as well as any info on nearby Kentucky and Ohio (reciprocity?). Will be near Huntington...any recommended gunshops or ranges? Thanx in advance...
 
They have open carry, that is how I carried while visiting, though it will certainly get you some strange looks. They also issue CCW permits.
