I have ordered from them, but have no answers to my emails since begining of the year.

Any problem with them ?

I ordered some parts from them, one was out of stock - took nearly forever. They did get in touch with me when they got it, and did not charge me for it without my OK to do so. They're OK - just VERY slow. If you want to cancel the order, I'd say contact them. Did they charge you for the back ordered items? Anyhow, I learned my lesson - check their stock first.
 
I used the web form on their site to check for availability of several parts...never got a reply. And that was a couple of months ago.
 
I might be old fashioned, but when I deal with them or any supplier I use the 800 # provided and get instant reports on a part status.
 
Finally the problem was not on their side but on mine.......................

My emailbox was disfunctioning and I did not access to their answers.

It took quite a long time for me to realize the problem but now it is solved
