A poll that started with 32 choices paired up for people to vote for McCain's running mate is down to the final two and voting to be finalized May 22 at noon (EST?). Some interesting pairings and results along the way, but the final two are.......Mike Huckabee ans Sarah Palin. I voted for Sarah Palin. Not a difficult choice for me at all. Here is the web site:

I doubt that the hubris of John McCain will result in him picking a conservative running mate. John McCain feels his fortunes lie with liberal voters and moderates. IMO, he will ignore the calls to choose a conservative VP whom the right will be happy with.
