Voting on Amendments to Federal State or any other Constitutions, that could be accomplished with legislation (That's most of them) is just plain WRONG. Make the legislaters do their jobs or vote them out of office. A prime example is an Amendment to the Florida Constitution that was approved in a recent past election, was concerning the welfare of pigs in South Florida.
