He's at it again! Or maybe I should say, "still". I love this guy! He's sure making life hard for the enemies of liberty.

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) - Electronic voting critics are suing Diebold Inc., alleging that the hardware and software company's shoddy equipment exposed California elections to hackers and software bugs.
California's attorney general on Friday unsealed the lawsuit, among the first e-voting cases to rely on an obscure legal provision for whistle blowers who help the government identify fraud.

Computer programmer Jim March and activist Bev Harris, who filed the case in November, are asking the state and counties to join the lawsuit. They're seeking full reimbursement for Diebold equipment purchased in California

All sorts of rteally interesting things that one doesn't see much, if any mention of on, "mainstream media".

Ever wonder as to WHY?
 
Kind of a shame. Here we are in the internet age and elections will have to be diddled with the old fashioned ways. Oh well, back to the graveyards.
 
re the following, from the linked site: "Diebold appears to have their hands caught in the cookie jar here. They've already been caught installing a "patch" on machines that were supposed to be "sealed" and in their final ready-for-voting state. Bev Harris has been the collector in chief of all of Diebold's other mistakes that they've tried to cover up... seeing what they have ready to present at trial should be fun."


This sounds like the tale of Microsofts ongoing critical updates and endless patchs, which supposedly cover their endless "security holes".
