Vote your conscience today!

I am a "card carrying", registered, Libertartian. I am going to vote my conscience today.

And, my conscience tells me that if Al Gore wins, we are all fooked!
So, I am voting just to make sure Gore loses, and that means Bush.

Vote whatever you want locally, but nationally, let's just make sure that we don't get Gored.

Gore = Clinton part two

You bet.

Put it another way: either Gore or Bush will be the next prez. *Everyone* here, like it or not, will be a factor in making one of those dudes the big guy.

If it's Gore, we're screwed, just hope for KY.

In every congressional/senate/state legicritter race, unless there's a specific reason to do otherwise, vote a straight GOP ticket. Even if it's a choice between a turd GOP and a turd Dem, vote GOP - that means Lazio over Hillary, Campbell over DiFi. Hold your nose and DO IT, at least this year.

Are we really going to be screwed as badly as we think if Gore wins?

I don't doubt for one second that he'll support any and all anti-gun, anti-rights bills that come down the pike. But if the Reps retain control of the Congress, how many anti-gun bills will make it to Gore's desk to be signed?

Make sure that not only do we get a (semi) pro-gun Pres, but a pro-gun Congress as well. That's where the real power lies.

45King. Remember.. he learned from Clinton. THat means he will rule by executive order. You think the last 8 years were bad. I think the next 4 will be worse. We will see Laws that make the AW ban look like nothing.

Vote Bush. Don't get on some high horse about blancing the goverment or Sending a message by voting 3rd party. THis is not the time to act like a child. VOTE BUSH PLEASE

Jim,

As I posted before I'm holding my nose and reluctantly voting for George the Bush Junior since Kalifornia is now in play. But I'll burn in Hell before I vote for that scuzbag Campbell.

Go Bush (Uggh!)

Go Lightfoot, Libertarian for U.S. Senate!!!

Gore? May he be flattened by a runaway steamroller! As well as any gunowner who votes for him!

The reason Gore must NOT win under any circumstances is because Bush is PRO gun.

Anybody not understand that?

Bush is directly connected to CCW, which in turn is seen by the mass media and most voters as the most "hardcore radical gun rights issue". We know it isn't, but the public view matters.

So if Bush *loses*, then the "people have spoken" in favor of gun control. Well OK, not really, but that's how DiFi, Chucky, Lautenburg and the rest of the serious drooling slavering gun control freaks will see it. Basically, if Gore wins, they're gonna go APE$HIT.

That's what happened in California. The Dems won big two years ago, they took it as a "strong signal for gun control" and went bugfuk - see also AB15, SB23. It got so bad that last year *Davis* went berzerk trying to get it all under control because HE was smart enough to figure out (finally) that the slaughter of the GOP was caused by running a friggin' FASCIST for Governor - Lungren...and the GOP voters were too disgusted to even get out of bed that morning.

Now it's different. Now we've got a lead guy who's not half bad at all, versus a totalitarian nightmare mixture of bad "earth science" and old-fashioned big government.

We're fired up, and we're gonna clean their clocks :).

Also, a Gore presidency will probably mean a 10 million member NRA by the year 2004. Not that I want Gore to be prez, but it's just what's needed to bring gun owners together. Just seeing the bright side :).
