Hasn't anyone read the Constitution? It is the supreme Law of this Republic and any statute (law) contrary the Constitution is null and void. No citizen, nor court of law, is required to obey an unconstitutional statute.
The Constitution clearly guarantees every citizen the Right "to keep and bear arms". If the Constitution does not mean what it says then what does it mean?
Rather than making excuses for politicians who enact, support or endorse unconstitutional legislation just vote them out of office. Vote third party.
History clearly proves swapping one democrat/republican for another one does not succeed, nor even does swapping for a republican/democrat. Republicans and democrats have enacted unconstitutional legislation for at least 70-80 years. Wake up people, democrats and republicans in elected office are your enemy.
