While link hopping, I stumbled into this site - http://www.vcdl.org - seems these folks are reasonably responsible for the Virginia CCW passage.
There is a wealth of info there, some of which may also be elsewhere, and a lot that isn't. On the home page under Hot Items is a case where a Texas judge has ruled on our side of 2nd Amen.
BTW: As I understand it, "Amen" is generally (universally) accepted as "So Be It"; "amend" means change/edit; "amendment" is that change or edit published - implemented. The 2nd AMENdment then must be defined as "... the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed - SO BE IT!!!", right?
