Virginia currently has a formal CCW reciprocity agreement only with Tennessee, although a few other states honor Virginia permits. The following e-mail from the Virginia Sate Police provides the current status of impending reciprocity agreements:
"This is in response to your question. I received a response from the
Virginia Attorney General's Office. Virginia has offered Pennsylvania an
agreement which they are reviewing. They are waiting on legislative changes
from Florida and West Virginia. They are in process of offering Michigan an
agreement. As any of these states are granted reciprocity, we will update
our web site. I trust this information will be of a benefit to you."
