Video - The Great Western 2 Revolver

Good video as usual Mike

I have been toying with the idea of loading BP cartridges.

You are no help in keeping my budget intact

Rookie Question

Another great video, Mike!

As a rookie who is somewhat interested in a Colt 1873 revolver, could you advise on a current production Colt copy? Specifically, I'm would like a 7.5" barrel in .45LC. I like the idea of a black powder frame, but it's not essential. You mentioned that the E.M.F. Great Western II was the about the best of the Colt clones from Italy and is made by Pietta. Is that still the case? Could you suggest a good vendor to look for one?

Thanks for your excellent videos and your advice!

Mark,

I still recommend E.M.F.'s Great Western II, but I don't think Pietta offers a B-P framed model. For a B-P frame I'd recommend a Cimarron Model P.
