Vest advice

I've been having a bad time with sciatica recently and have decided to move my duty gear off my belt to a vest. Does anyone have a good suggestion for a load bearing vest?

5.11 & Blackhawk have great kit. VooDoo Tactical is decent.
Vests with MOLLE or gear add ons are slick.
You can buy them in OD black tan/brown etc.
