Verona SX40x

I am in the process of buying my first shotgun. I was looking at the Verona SX401 or SX405, the only difference being a wood or synthetic stock. Has anyone had any experience with these shotguns? Any input is appreciated. Thanks alot.

i have the 405S in 12 gauge. Has been very reliable for me so far. it cycles as fast as i can pull the trigger and handles even 3" magnum turkey loads fine. the only thing is you have to push in the bolt release button to load shells into the magazine, but i have gotten pretty proficient at it. i got mine for about $300
