Anyone have any experience with Ventura Munitions or HFM ammo? They have what appears to be a very good price on remanufactured 40 S&W ammo. Even with shipping, it comes out to less than 25 cents per round. I hit a dead end searching the forum, so I figured I'd ask here. If this is the wrong place to do so, I apologize in advance.

Practice with a budget ammo and then top it with the premium rounds of your choice... after all.. without the practice even the best quality ammo doesn't work all that well on a miss..

i happen to use this product in 45,9 and 40... and all my handguns seem to like it... have had a few failure to feeds which probably were related to a bad mag... and not one single failure to fire or stovepipes. I am not the one who smokes up indoor ranges

I ordered 1000 rds of 45 ACP from HSM via Ventura Munitions and I received my order within about a week. I have only used about 2 mags worth of the ammo but it fed and fired fine through my Para GI Expert 1911.
No problems and I will probably use Ventura again in the future.

I haven't dealt with Ventura, but HSM is decent ammunition. There's nothing to worry about with it (whether new, or re-manufactured).
