Came home after an uneventful bow hunt, took out some venison I had cubed up from last weekends kill. Marinated the venison cubes in Dales marinade. Cut up some onion, zuchini, and mushrooms, marinated them in butter, chipotle chile powder, black pepper, garlic salt, and just a pinch of sugar. After all of that got skewered and put on the grill, I threw the homemade fries in the fryer. I gotta say, I am fat and happy right now. I can't decide whether to go out back and smoke a Cohiba, or just sit on my butt and eat some ice cream to top it all off. Hope everyones season is going well.
