I had Hans do my 11-87 Police barrel and if I remember correctly it took about 3 weeks. They do the barrels batches and he mentioned he was doing a bunch of barrels for a PD and included mine in the batch so it got done rather quick.
I've had him do my 11-87 and 2 870's and each time the turn around time was about three weeks. Give Hans a call. He is a super nice guy and will tell you his current lead time. I can't tell how happy I am with the mods he does.
