Value of Warner Pocket Revolver? Pics

The only letters I can make out clearly are Warner's and 1851. I assume it's a Warner pocket gun but who knows. Anyone know the value of this revolver?

This one looks like a Springfield Arms Co. Pocket Model known as the Warner's Patent Model. Check Fladerman's Guide #7A-104. Even looks like the one shown has the same engraving. (Other than Mother Nature's as on yours.) Values in the book start at $275 and go up depending on model and condition. Your's looks like a dug-up, so I would set my sights too high.

There were only about 100 of those made, and a later (latest?) Flayderman shows $500 for "good"; unfortunately, that gun does not come up to good. I would guess value at $250 or so in that condition, based solely on rarity and a buyer who really wanted to fill a hole in the collection.
