Ronin the reason it is so cheap is because the Pawn Shop that is selling it does not know anything about gun prices. Some are too high ( most ) Others great value.
What concerns me is the Hi Caps. How easy are these to get?
It has a few nicks on the K Kote type finish but other than than it is very thigh. It is not a limited but the owner try to make one out of it. I like it and will probably snatch it up tomorrow morning.

New Para's come with a coupon that allows you to buy Two hi-caps from Para. Don't know what their policy is in your case. You can call them at 416-297-7855. Web site is www.paraord.com

I bought a 'used' P-12 stainless in the box with papers for $450. It was a 99% gun. So long as it is not the alloy frame or a 'parts' gun that is a good price. It may be the older version with the thicker frame, but that is still not a bad price. Check carefully for frame cracks before buying. The full cap mags are available and run about $100. That is one reason I went with the P12, it isn't worth the extra money for only 2 extra rounds.
Well I bought it and it shoots great. It managed to shoot better than any other gun I ever had including Sigs, Glocks, 1911s, Desert Eagles, HKs including the Mark 23.
It is an alloy frame version and it has the following parts
Les Baer Beavertail / Ambi safety and Hammer
Ultralight trigger
Smith & Alexander magwell
Hexagonal grip screws of unknown brand and as per my Gunsmith an aftermarket probably Ed brown sear.
It has a no play between the frame and slide. The triggers breaks at around 3.5 # pounds and it is more 98% than 95%.
Only gripe was resolve by ordering to Hi Caps fron Shooters.Com at $ 75.00 each.
Total cost before mags $ 383.00
That is great by any standards considering all the parts and work.
