Value of Ithaca Guns I've come across

I would like to know the value of two guns produced by Ithaca Gun Company. A buddy is try to sell them and I'd like to know if I'm getting a deal or not. Can anyone help to let me know what they might be (really) worth? They are:
1) Ithaca Featherlight or featherweight (?) 12ga shotgun in mint condition never been fired, serial #A0007.
2) (1976) Bicentennical Version of Ithaca Featherlight or featherweight (?) 12ga shotgun in mint condition never been fired, serial #USA007.
Any help would be appreciated!

I'd guess a Model 37 Featherweight Standard would be a $250 or so gun (that means around here they'd probably want $100 or so more at a gun show.)
