It appears that the David Deming affair at Oklahoma University has caused a national stir. Their letters to the editor column in the student paper has been abuzz with comments from all over the country, including mine. For those who would care to contribute, the address to the student paper is: http://www.daily.ou.edu/

They have an excellent archive structure that is based on a calendar icon by day and date. The letters to the editor are located inj "your views" and sometimes occupy several pages.

Gun Control: The proposition that a woman found dead in an alley, raped and strangled with her own panty hose, is more acceptable than allowing that same woman to defend herself with a firearm.

Tested the link and it works perfectly. Click here: http://www.daily.ou.edu/ and when the page opens click on "Opinion". Then on "Your views".

The "editorial policy" has the submission page or you can submit yours to opinion@daily.ou.edu

This orinally appeared on the Firing Line Forums at http://www.thefiringline.com/NonCGI/Forum10/HTML/003171.html

A copy of the article that started this mess is located there.

If you want a Vagina-Friendly pro RKBA web site, go to
www.mothersarms.org

The owner, Alicia Waddas is quite impressive in person. The site is designed not to scare away the fence-sitting female. Please tell your shooting buddies about it so they can all tell their female shooting buddies about it. Alicia needs your help to grow. She needs members ($20) and corporate sponsors (please tell any you know about).

Another Vag-friendly site which is not gun-centered is www.violentkids.com . It popped up in the public eye around Columbine time. In it, site owner Dr. Helen Smith warns against focusing on mere tools and toward the devastatingly violent tendencies of some of these pathological children.
