I'll tell ya, red and brown is not a friendly color scheme when one is bleary and coffee-deprived.

I was gonna complain, too, but actually it's kind of an "earthy" color, same as the red clay found around here. It's already grown on me.

And that site move sure didn't take very long. Good job, Rich!

Rich, I see how you are - So you can use that word that rhymes with "itch", but we mere mortal posters would be uncouth to do so, is that it?

I can't say I like the retina-frying red, but I like it without the machine gun logo. It looks much more professional - we gun owners need to start thinking about other people's preceptions! AND it's much easier to read the page at work without that old logo...

Might I suggest a mauve motif with accents in blackberry and puce?

OK, guys. The colors are semi-finalized now. Input is welcome. Keep this in mind though:
The logo is red and black. While we're not dressing Barbie for the prom here, I hardly think blues, greens or yellows will work.

I'm undecided about the red we're currently using for the text, but it's a lot easier on the eye than that in the logo.

It has been found that red automatically triggers aggressive or angry behavior.

With some of the info posted, particularly in "Political" and "General" forums, I don't need any additional stimuli.

Change it back, please.

Okay, I will stitch this thread...

Logo is Cool, New Art Work, is Cool... New Color scheme here in the forums... Is a bit too much. I like the colors - but have grown too used to the old ones. Maybe Dark Greys and Blues in here? The BLACK is a bit sinister.

This is like the wife putting up new curtains, and then changing the FURNITURE to match the Curtains!
