I have an Ithaca O/U 12GA shotgun model 600. The marking on the barrel is "Ithaca Gun Co., Inc., Ithaca, NY, Made in Japan" on one side and "Custom Crafted for Ithaca by SKB" on the other side. The shotgun is in very good shape, tho' it has probably had thousands of rounds shot through it. I use it to shoot sporting clays every other month or so and back in the day I was known to dispatch a pheasant or dove with it.
I don't know much about this gun beyond what is on the barrel, like how old, what it is worth, etc. It was given to me by my father who bought it second-hand and used it for years to hunt and shoot trap. I plan on leaving it to whichever of my two daughters shows the most interest in sport shooting.
Goat, I just looked at your OP again and now realize I'm passing on info about a completely different manufacturer- Doh! I'm going to leave it in the thread, tho' in the event anyone knows anything about this brand or particular model. Like I said, all I know about it is what's on the barrel.
