UTG AR15 Quad Rail?

Are these any good? I was under the impression UTG was an airsoft brand; but for under $50 for a quad-rail forend, seems like quite a deal. I would just want to tinker with attachments but no optics; it doesn't need to be sure enough to hold a zero, but I don't want it rattling or breaking on me. Anyone use 'em?
 
Yeah, I am familiar with that, but sellers on Gunbroker are carrying on that it works on AR15's, which is why I had to ask.
 
I looked at one installed on an M4 at a recent gunshow. It appeared to lock up tight as I couldn't twist it with the forward grip. I can't speak to durability.
That said, I have a knights armament on mine.:)
