USRAC Model 70 blind magazine stocks? Conversions to DBM possible?

I'm taking incremental steps to make my USRAC Model 70 synthetic more accurate to use both as a long range hunter and to enter local informal competitions, and so far it seems only Boyds makes stocks for the blind magazine models. Does anyone know if there are other aftermarket stocks available? Not interested in any other brands or rifles. Wanna convert this one, specifically.

Or is there a conversion that can be done to make it a DBM? The action is in no way connected to the blind mag follower and it seems like I could just drop the action into a 'magazined' stock. But I'm sure it's not that simple.

Don't kinow the year and no way to tell cuz there are no USRAC serial number searches online.

So the plain old aftermarket Model 70 stocks will work, just need to find a mag? Izzat correct?

Thanks!

From my understanding, the break is at 2002 and up for the new stocks and under for the old style. They go by the floorplate. If it is a one piece plate with only 2 screws, it takes the new style. 2 Piece floorplate with 3 screws takes the other stock. Not sure about a blind mag setup. I lookoed at converting my 2 piece to a one piece and the metal alone was over $100 alone. Not sure what one uses the mag. I know that mags are sort of expensive. I ended up taking a 2002 and up stock and modifying it to fit a 1968 model 243.

I have a similiar question. I have a model 70 DBM with synthetic stock that I want to put a wood stock on. Does the fact that it is a DBM model limit the stock I can get or can I just get a regular stock from CDNN or Boyds? Thank you.
