used TC Hawkin ?

I bought a used TC Hawkin in 50 cal with the serial number K336177. What can you guys tell me about this rifle ? Is it an early version or newer version etc. ? It does not have a clean out screw, I had thought all TC's had a clean out screw ?
The bluing, stock and bore all look like brand new.
 
I don't know. A lot of guns don't have cleanout screws. They're pretty useless and usually get seized.
 
Having no snail screw? A breech plugs useless accessory that was more inconvenient than beneficial do to its allen head screws threading needing to be kept and /or lubricated after every barrels cleaning to keep it operational.
Tip:
Many fellows removed that allen screw so to pour powder into the firing channel to dislodge their stuck ball.

When no longer provided on breech plugs. T/C marketed their CO-2 Ball Discharger.
 
I had a stuck ball with no powder once, I took the nipple out and poured powder in, put the nipple back in and shot out the ball.
