Used Stuff Place Yields Great Buy!

A friend told me about a used stuff place next to the bottle redemption place that had some reloading supplies, so when I brought my bottles in, I walked over to it.

I ended up with 7 boxes of bullets, 6mm and .277, mostly Hornady, but there was also a box of Nosler Partition 150s and a box of Sierra 130s. For brass, I got 3 boxes of new .243 Win and 1 box of .270 Win. Total cost was $40.

I'd say that was a pretty good find. Who'd a thunk that junky-looking place would have such nice stuff?

He also had three cans of powder that looked like my grandfather could have owned them, but he'd be 130 years old now, so that's a slight exaggeration. :)

You see your opportunities and you take them. At a now closed antiques shop I bought a "wooden rifle" for $17.50 . It is a complete M1903 stock, WWII vintage swivels and bands.
