That may give you an idea of low retail, but that may be a price from a year ago and out of stock since then. It still comes down to supply & demand , what the market will bear. Bottom line is if you like it and price seems fair... Buy it! I do usually ask what's the least they'd take.
I took another (closer) look at it and it was really not in as good shape as I thought. It had rust pitting the previous owner tried to polish out with a scotch bright. With that, it is WAY overpriced based on what new ones go for.
